POLICIES

General rule

Climbing is available for people who have checked in at the reception, have signed a document stating that they are about to use the walls on their own responsibility, have read and accepted these rules and regulations, and have a valid pass or membership. A membership does not grant the holder to skip the line.
It is mandatory to use the changing rooms! Lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Locker keys will be given at the reception upon check-in (they are granted in return for the holder’s ID). Please, make sure to keep the lockers and changing rooms closed. In case of loss of the locker key, a fee of 2000 HUF will be charged.
Any problems with the walls, grips, rented equipment or the behavior of other members must be reported immediately to the operating staff. It is dangerous for the climbers to use broken or twisted grips as well as having dirty sponges.
No participant can be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication. Anyone who endangers themselves or others may be excluded from the activities. Participants are obligated to leave the area upon the operating staff’s commands as soon as possible if any danger rises up.
Pets are not allowed in the climbing area.

Climbing rules

Before climbing, remove any accessories or jewelry that might cause difficulties while climbing. Never climb above or under others. Do not stay close below the other climbers, with the exception of a spotter. When climbing, keeping a distance of 2 meters between climbers is mandatory. Always choose a difficulty level according to your strength and capacity.

Hygiene

For hygiene reasons, being barefoot and walking around in socks is not allowed in the climbing area. It is recommended to wear slippers when not climbing the wall. Only clean climbing shoes should be worn while climbing. Garbage must be placed in the bins that can be found in the climbing area. PET bottles should be placed in the unit set for this purpose next to the reception, squeezed and emptied.
The smoking area can be found outside the sports hall.

Reception

The instructions of the operating staff must be followed. Their requests and instructions must always be carried out, as they are the ones responsible for ensuring that everyone can use the climbing area safely. However, each participant must pay attention to others to ensure a safe experience.

Equipment renting

Climbing shoes and chalk bags are available to rent. Rental equipment may not be taken outside of the bouldering area. Rental climbing shoes must be worn with socks. Any damage to the rented equipment caused by improper use is the responsibility of the renter. The equipment in the sports hall is checked regularly and replaced if necessary. If any faults, material defects (e.g. damaged holes, sponges) or irregularities are noticed while climbing, please report them immediately to the receptionist for your own safety and the safety of others. We are not responsible for valuables placed in lockers or left in other areas of the hall. You can store your smaller valuables at the reception desk.

Emergency / Accident

In case of smoke or fire: alert the receptionist, who will inform the reception service and/or the fire department. Extinguish the fire as soon as possible using the extinguisher next to the reception desk. In case of danger, leave the building as soon as possible.

If an accident occurs: call the receptionist and they will inform the ambulance and/or other authorities.
